Patent Attorney Bernard Lohmanns has been active in IP protection since 2000. He is responsible for German and international clients in the fields of semiconductor technology, automotive technology (such as drive technology, steering systems, battery management, control systems), building materials technology and material testing technology.
Bernard Lohmanns represents national and international companies in all IP areas (in particular, patents, utility models, trademarks, designs). Bernard Lohmanns’ key patent-related areas of focus include representation in pending patents and opposition proceedings before the German and the European Patent Office, with particular focus on strategic consulting for companies, including portfolio management, the preparation of infringement and legal opinions, and advice on employee rights issues.
Bernard Lohmanns holds lectures on IP rights, and is involved "pro bono" in regional business associations and in his home country.
